Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the awning in its original box, ensuring all pegs, poles, and curtains are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier point or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
