How do I know which awning size is right for my caravan?
You will need to measure your caravan's 'A-measurement'. This is the distance from the ground, up through the awning rail, and back down to the ground on the other side. Our size guide on each product page provides a detailed walkthrough to ensure a perfect fit.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for large awnings?
Standard shipping for awnings and large accessories typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Are your awnings waterproof and UV resistant?
Yes, all our awnings are manufactured using high-grade, weather-treated fabrics designed to be fully waterproof and provide high UV protection to prevent fading and material degradation.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of awnings, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Every awning purchased from Quality Caravan Awnings comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
